Returns

You have the right to return the entire order within 15 working days from the date you received it.

The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed.

The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company and after completing the return form.

The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.

Cases of Changes

• Return of unsatisfactory product with refund.

• Charge € 10.00 for replacement with a different product

• If it is our mistake the shipping costs are borne by the company.

Refunds

Will be made within 10 working days, upon receipt and verification of the product by deposit in your account.

Refunds are only for the value of the products and do not include any expenses you have paid.
